This is the time to get out there and enjoy life. Being healthy and managing your weight or other medical issues can be a fun and social.  We will be doing hikes, leisure sports(croquet, horseshoes, disc golf) and a few more intense activities like kick ball and ultimate frisbee. The partners are always open to new suggestions, we have a tab near the top of our home page to suggest meet ups.

Well plain and simple we are just random people doing random things, like hiking trips, flag football in the park, museums, cookouts, dodgeball, kickball, movie theme nights, game nights, Skydiving...etc. We don't sit around talking about doing things we get out there and do. Here's the plan: We'll have meets on weekend mornings (and switch it up so that people who can't come to one on sunday can come to one on saturday?) and visit various coffee shops around the Hampton Roads, try what looks good, and take notes.
