Vim Columbus is just a monthly get-together of Vim users in Columbus, Ohio. The current plan is to meet the second Thursday of every month. The first meeting will be an exception, being on the third Thursday (2011-06-16). We will start out with someone giving a short talk or two about a particular feature or plugin for Vim, then break into small groups to have some Vim Golf competition. All of this is subject to change. We are just getting started!
The Flimsee group is made up of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy tossing discs competitively. Flimsee is a disc throwing target game developed in Columbus Ohio and with this group we look to better announce fun events around town. Find a teammate and send the disc clean through for two or bounce the cup to the ground for one. If you catch the cup, defense prevails and no points are scored for either team.
